President Edgar Lungu has diffused misinformation that the church is not represented at the National Dialogue Forum.

President Lungu says the church has representatives at the forum.

He wonders which church is being referred to by those portraying that the church is not present at the National Dialogue Forum.

The President was reacting to Zambia Congress of Trade Union -ZCTU President Chishimba Nkole.

Nkole during the Commemoration of the International Labour Day claimed the church is not represented at the National Dialogue Forum.

Meanwhile, President Lungu called on the labour Union to dialogue with government over labour matter instead of issuing confrontational statements.

He said he presides over a listening government with willingness to dialogue over various contentious issues in the nation.
